@Courier @OldKingHamlet @IllFonic The slide for the Predator seems out of place. Is there anyway to make it more useful? Or possibly replace it with a scramble vault to get over smaller obstacles like a fence. Ex pressing the jump button when next to a tree may cause an inadvertent maneuver. But I just wanna make sure it’s ok to ask? Don’t want offend anybody by asking. Or possibly give Predator a shoulder charge instead that breaks through crowds?

I don’t think Preds can slide underneath trains in derailed either. I think it would be cool if he were to slide a longer distance and that it would cause him to be cloaked during the slide and knock people over at the same time!
That would prove to be more useful.

Use the Predator’s slide during Second Wind to replenish the Predator’s stamina as you’re sprinting to a safe location to heal.
Just don’t hold down the crouch button too long or you will heal on the spot and you won’t be able to back out of healing-out-of-Second Wind.
(It’s also important to recall that during Second Wind that the Predator is much faster, thus more reliable to Sprint to safety rather than Leaping to safety (the player’s more visible in the air than on the ground)).
Use the Predator slide maneuver in that instance.
That is disappointing to hear the use is to regenerate stamina while being chased…sshessh
It works for the Fireteam players as well, especially as a Scout (my preferred Class).
Been playing the game since day one, I am aware of regen methods. Just because I didn’t post alot because this forum … well ya know…doesn’t mean I don’t know. But thanks .

Could be helpful. I just would like something useful in most situations not in a clutch one.
Adding a Badblood class would be the most helpful IMHO as they bring the big guns but FT mains would shit a brick

I use it to fk with some ft players.
Jump around and slide having them miss me a lot.
If you havent done this before I do reccomend, it’s pretty fun.
As for it being replaced with something useful?
Maybe a shoulder tackle that you can use In second wind as well as not, so you cant get body blocked in doors.

Broken Tusks tribe had plasma rifles for regular hunts…so why not us? Honestly i would rather have an additional ability tied to physical evasion than a new predator offensive weapon.

I find when engaging in 1v1 knife fight. The slide throws off the FT as they tend not to expect it n they fail the first parry attempt.
I do agree that the slide should cover more distance.

Hell yeah
You can actually sprint towards a Fireteam member, hit slide and perform a sick lunge attack with the Katana heavy attack…but other than that, it sucks as a feature.
