Playing as a predator, you have the following errors: 1st.- Weapon. Weapons are often not possible to exchange for another, this is especially critical during a battle. For example: you use a plasma gun, shoot any enemy and approaching the goal to finish him/her you are going to use your sword, but … it is impossible to choose. Or you caught an enemy in the net and run right to him to finish it but your melee attack does not work in this moment. Also, I see no reason to make double blades as one of the tools for choice. Double blades must by default be like melee weapons and be bind to the melee keys. 2nd.- Movement. The predator has big problems when moving and jumping on trees. Sometimes you cannot climb a tree that is marked in red at all. Or sometimes you cannot jump on the branch or tree you need.

I agree I also think you should be able to stop climbing mid way there’s countless times the fire team is on the other side of the tree just waiting for you to come round as you run up one but you cannot stop, if you could stop mid way it would be a good cover/recovery point
Also leaps need to be able to transition in to tree climbs
