Preds greatest enemy, fucking trees

So pred mains, how is mother nature treating you? I don’t get it ya know, it seems like we should be the Apex and guardians of the jungle or something yet it seems mother nature hates us(or at least me).

First I don’t feel like hiding amoung the trees is as effective as it should be. The transversal can suck sometimes and even if I’m standing completely still, not doing a damn thing, mind as well be meditating, I still managed to get spotted and shot it when I’m in a tree. Better off of on a damn rooftop which is crazy to me.

Also, how come bullets seem to gracefully dance though the branches but my arrows and plasma bolts get stopped by a fucking leaf? Sometimes leaves just spit the plasma back in my face.

Anyone else having mother nature turn you into a Apex Joke?🤷🏿‍♂️

Leaves block FT weapons as well, however they are mostly shooting automatics so the followup shots get through.

I usually stay on the ground or rocks or areas with lots of light. If u stay still they can see you. I dont use cloak a lot. Only when crouching for traps to spring. I mostly play hunter imo best class. Ill play scout with no heal items and jump around eating boars.

How do you even find the boars they never show up when I’m looking for them

Yeah it’s kind of a pain. Lots of tree locomotion issues, lots of tree issues in general. Many trees that won’t give a mounting icon at the trunk, Plasma Caster clipping issues, crouching while aiming on a branch causes you to stand up giving away your position if cloaked. Falling off a branch and not being able to jump again. I’ve learned to only use the trees while scouting. I generally stay on rooftops and structures or in bushes.
