Tbh when you get down to it all preds are just over cocky dumbfucks however most didn’t have an objective other than find worthy prey. Wolf was one of the few who did have an actual objective and he did not seem prepared at all. Even if he killed the big bad, everyone would have known of their existence due to the infestation. He would’ve been better off nuking the entire surrounding area from the beginning.

its a bit concerning their species idea of containing a threat is sending 1 guy with TWO CASTERS instead of one. and a whip & vial of goo into what’s going to become a fully militarized zone.
if the hunting grounds preds really are some forward invasion force trying to secure a vacation home it would make sense as they’ve established themselves as incompetent.
