You know comictards will say you cannot understand their extremely alien brains and comprehend how noble it is to shoot someone in the back from hundreds of meters away while invisible & they are definitely honorable space samurai with some kind of bushido code simply because they don’t blow up kids.

I think ppl just find the noble warrior archetype low hanging fruit presented by the comics more relatable despite the movies shitting all over it everytime and then they start harping about badblood this and badblood that because the predator (surprise) is being an underhanded coward yet again.

Honor as a HUNTER means taking on challenges for tough opponents. If it’s weak prey the little honor obtained from a proper hunt on even ground isn’t worth it.

True honor is from using weaker gear and proving your skill against strong opponents.

I will fully admit this is a retcon, but the honor for a pred is in the kill of a worthy opponent.

People have also said dismemberment is dishonorable even though that isn’t accurate in the slightest shows that our definition is pretty screwed up.

Also honor very much is a cultural thing.

Although Prey features some impressive practical effects, including a practical Predator costume for DiLiegro, it’s clear that this particular scene involved heavy use of CGI to pull off.

It’s likely that the costume was never intended to appear in the actual film and that it was only there to serve as reference material for the VFX artists during post-production.

Also that suit was shit and I highly doubt the acting would of been good so thank God that got replaced
