The problem occurred from the beginning of when I played for the first time PHG believed that it would be solved with some of its updates, that it was a simple error but until now they have not fixed it.
See every time I enter the game my profile name is normal but when I enter a game the account name automatically changes to a defaultplayer and random numbers and it is very annoying I looked for solutions for myself, first thinking that it was a problem with the account mine from epics games and update my name, but it did not have any effect, I contacted epics games but they did not give me any solution they just told me to let you know if they gave any solution.
I want to change my profile name and update it or if it is a bug that you can solve it.
Please, this is really annoying.
