Problem with perks

I very like and enjoy the game, Im almost lvl 100 but 1 thing is bothering me: perks and passives like I really like concept but I dont understand why we dont have the information with % like the perk Yautja Bane I dont know how much more damage I deal to the Predator 5%, 10%,20%,100%? Same with other perks like Dextoreous which increase interactions speed, same goes to Scout’s passive (fireteam) -secondary weapon damage how much more damage I deal?

yeah, i brought this exact thing up before and i hope they address it in the future. the descriptions for a game like this are far too vague atm.
