So I understand illfonic’s reason behind giving it more damage, so it’s “not a bad weapon anymore” but in doing so they seemed to make it too strong and OP, being able to take out a fireteam member in 3 shots, you can already see what’s happening to the game with this new feature, predators use it more often, people get upset that it’s the new battle-axe, less people play the game, I think what they should do with the plasma pistol and launcher is give it its own separate overheat charge and cool down separate from the predators energy, so you can’t spam it, same can be done with the plasma rifle, due to it seeming to cause lag for some players, this would be alot better instead of just making a weapon have higher damage and ammo capacity, I think what they were thinking of is “oh, people think fireteam is op, we should balance it out again” and in doing so accidentally went a bit past the balance, all and all this is a really unique game and I hate to see people leave due to unfair advantage, I hope a developer sees this and takes it into consideration, thank you for reading and I’ll see you out in the jungle, bye

I was just trying to give helpful tips lol, also the fireteam don’t have splash with most weapons, so sorry if you’ve been going up against either cheaters or people with good aim, never even said anything about the healing part and a sniper is not really a good argument to go off, because of aim, Which require exploits or skill, please try not to go off the topic at hand when in an argument about plasma splash based weapons

Test the handheld vs a good team, see how it goes. That’s the important part.
The lag is caused by light sources such as the casters, flash bangs, grenades (both handheld and launcher), rockets, the sun.
Also I only pointed something out in what you said in response to him not to your Great Wall of Jericho. Maybe try to read what I say instead of trying be “correct” with your opinion.
