Did you notice that the predator has a lot of offensive capabilities, but there are absolutely no defensive ones? I then thought that it would be nice if the samurai predator could fend off a soldier’s knife and maybe even beat off at least part of the bullets flying into itself. Like, not to repulse them as enemies of the Jedi, but just to beat them in different directions, this would help with annoying snipers and would look super stylish!

Not really, rather, you hit an alternative attack at the time of the shot and the bullet that flew in front of you fights off to the side, of course, if there are 10 bullets or more, you can repel 3-4

I mean, he technically has the White “No-Health” thing which is explained in the extras to actually be a overshield which prevents further harm and clots up wounds in the extras.
That being said though, I think a type of retractable shield could be cool for reflecting bullets away or even back at FT for comparable to A.I Damage considering the weapon. Of course, can’t attack too well with it or have to switch weapons and that kind of deal.

Always found that extra confusing. If it clots and prevents bleeding, why do they bleed so much?
Actually about Geralt of Rivia, a crossbow bolt beating a sword, but hyperbolized to the level of a predator.
The predator doesn’t need defensive weapons because the predator is hunting the fireteam, not being hunted by it

How about making the Pred less of a soft target? I’ve taken down several Preds solo as Fireteam, and when playing Pred I feel like my health disappears incredibly fast even with Impenetrable on.
Scout Preds are almost nonexistent, think I’ve maybe faced one in several hundred matches. And playing as one, getting hit 5 times takes half your health even with Impenetrable.
The Pred being such a soft target just enourages people to use the netgun meta.

I mean, if you trying to make the samurai pred into a Genji main… then thats technically bad idea… he should technically be very skilled with the katana blade if thats the case… but not to the point in deflecting bullets lmao…
