There is an asset/prop and probably more out on the maps like this. Where the objects are missing. This example is from one of those big Blue water/fuel tanks equipped with ladders and a small office location with them, on the pipeline map. It used to be a giant valve there, being blue together with the tanks that was probably removed.
There are multiple props like white plastic chairs near it as reference of location.

Problem could be cross platform as it may come with the map all together.
