[PS4]Partial Solution for the "never updating new items" bug

I did a cursory glance and couldn’t find this solution, if it has been posted… well then it’s time for a new one.

So you know how unlocking new stuff sometimes never gets rid of the icon that’s you’ve selected it? Well this is how to fix “most” icons from being stuck. It sadly only works on pieces that have multiple styles and colors.

  1. Go to customization/Appearance/Style/Color of the item vexing you.
  2. Hover over a COLOR selection to the left or right of the offending item.
  3. Now go to a STYLE selection above or below the offending item.
  4. Return to the STYLE selection of the offending item, you should now be one choice to the left or right.
  5. Return to the COLOR selection of the offending item.
  6. It should now update properly and will no longer be considered a new item.
  7. Breathe a sigh of relief if you’re as OCD as I am.

Yeah, I discovered this too, but it does not work for predator armor skins. Let me know if you find a way for the armor too.

Thanks so much partial OCD here. Everything except 3 still show up and it’s FT special… Can’t figure it out… Ughhhhhh

@darb34 the way I finally figured that out was to check every class of predator… It worked for me… Good luck
