Ps4 pro fan goes very loud at the main menu

When starting the game the fan goes very loud and and after you started a game the fan goes louder I don’t know why please fix the problem if possible.

playing in a hot room will do that. Open a window get some air flow etc.

Same for me. Its happens in most of my Games for me even in the Games “Map-View”.
Kinda normal. PS4 doesnt look like dusted.

If you want your ps4, especially ps4 pro to run much quieter, I suggest replacing thermal paste
Look up a guide on YouTube on how to replace thermal paste on ps4 pro, if you are good at following instructions then you will be able to replace the thermal paste pretty easily

I can explain the fan noise. Developers tend to unlock the frame rate when in menues, this makes the fan spike dramatically. same with Horizon map screen, no cleanup can fix this. They just need to lock the framerate in every menu and its gone.

It’s barely spring in Flagstaff, AZ and my PS4 sounds like a jet turbine. I just cleaned it a few weeks back also. Yesterday’s high temp was 60*F

this game even skyrockets my pcs gpu. on high settings i might add still. it seems quite intensive so i guess a ps4 will sound like a jet engine or loud lol …
