Ps4 pro issue

I’m on a ps4 pro, downloaded the 2.16 update, when I go to play “quick play, private, and tutorial” are greyed out and can’t be selected.

I had to delete my profile data. Sucks to recreate all your loadouts, but at least it fixed the problem for me.
