Ps4: Second Wind Didn't Activate

So I just killed the entire fireteam as the berserker predator. They nearly killed me and then some AI shot me and once my health ran out I went to self destruct instead of second wind.

same happened to me with scout today, did have stamina glitch same time.

was your mask removed?
if mask is gone 2nd wind wont trigger

It’s not explained anywhere in the non existent tutorials or game notes, but from experience if your mask is gone second wind will not trigger and you go straight into bomb mode
