Puzzle glitch acts like slot machine

There’s a glitch where you try to disarm only to have all the puzzle slots spinning without you being able to defuse. You then have to cancel and run

yup, you have to cancel the interaction and re-interact to stop it and bring it back to normal.

Happened to me before, I just said fuck it and ran.

Happened to me before for the first time. Didn’t have time to run after.
