So new bug, predator literally will not stop swinging melee weapon.
I dont even know how I managed to stop my predator from non stop swinging.
It forces a slam if you leap too.
It started with the katana,
And I switched weapons to try to see if that would stop it, but, it still kept going.
But ya no idea what causes it.
Please fix

This has been happening for a while, it’s the slam bug where people can’t stop slamming when they leap and when not leaping they’re periodically slashing. The fix is to essentially mash the fuck out of the melee button (R2) and it should fix it. No idea what causes it though.
Using a med kit will end it as well most the time. I tend to get lit up when this happens so running away using a med kit I found stops it for me most the time, although I have had it happen twice in a game… Yeah that game I just shut off.
I wouldn’t waste a med kit for that unless it’s a potato team, if it’s a good team though chances are the random slam would have already put you in 2nd wind at which point I can see the medkits working but yeah fuck that glitch.
Usually when I see a pred suffering from that I’ll try to help them out and the melee spam works every time.

Happened to me as well before, just switching weapons cured it though.
It’s linked to sprint and it happens to fireteam as well
