Why do I bring this up? Because following previous patterns of woke infiltration of various other franchises, it always goes downhill fast the moment the spotlight is pointed at something (Star Wars, Terminator, Comic superheroes) and now the spotlight has been shone upon our beloved Predator…and given that Disney, worst of all offenders for destroying anything it owns in the name of “muh progressivism”, now owns Alien and Predator IPs, I have a really bad feeling about what’s to come.

I almost peed my pants watching that. This is why we need insane asylum back up and running again. If you can see clear racism in A&P, then you are insane. Period, paragragh, end of story. Before this year, few times in my life have I heard something so stupid, so crazy, but here we are. The inmates are out and apparently are now possibly tenured “professors” shaping young minds…into piles of shit. How perpetually pissed off must you be to go down this road, that every single thing you see has a negative context to your demographic in it? A small part of me feels very sorry for this completely joyless person, but the larger part of me rolls my eyes and says ‘go fornicate yourself with a hot iron poker, you douche.’ Let me enjoy my tiny bit of escapism from the rigors and difficulties of real life and leave us all alone.

This reminds me of when bitching about racism in fantasy settings was a big thing. Coming from the people that see orcs and the first thing that jumps into their head is that orcs must = african americans. You’d have to be racist to make that kind of connection in your brain to begin with.

This is just dumb. I say that as someone who has been antifa since long before it was part of the mainstream lexicon. I’ve been “in the shit”; fighting neo-nazi skinheads and other racist trash whenever/wherever they show their dumbass faces; stopping one particular group from gaining a foothold in my small hometown. I have quite literally gotten blood on my hands.

2020 seems to be a giant contest to see who can be the most offended by the most inconsequential shit. Trying to create issues where there are none. It’s not helping and it pointless.

There are real issues that need to be addressed. We can not do that while tilting at windmills.

Ps: you could’ve just posted the article itself rather than a 20 minute video of someone else’s opinion on it.

Great points brother.

Calling everything “racist” defeats the purpose on fighting racism. It makes the fight seem illegitimate. We have to quit acting like EVERY SINGLE thing is racist and deal with the ACTUAL racism.
