The game definitely needs a lvl 150 ranked hunt mode. I think that would alleviate the potato problem a bit.

Yes. Being rewarded for your performance in the “last five matches” would be awesome. I still wish there were detailed players stats, but even something simple like Doom would be great.

So queue times will be really long. Quality over quantity?
I don’t mind the queue times if being in the match is actually worth it. That’s just me though. Imagine having your Pred queue resetting three times. That happened to me yesterday. I could almost have watched a movie while waiting.
I read that it’s better to reset on your own if original queue time is surpassed, if i understand you correctly. It still sucks, but may save you some time in a long run.
I guess the player would still be able to pick ranked or not so queue times shouldn’t get that much worse. In the end, if it’s not worth it, it would just have been a waste of time for Illfonic. But considering that they’re already tracking stats for ‘balance’ purposes, it would mean just one extra step for them

1-30, 30-100, 100-149, 150
Then do rankings

I know, but I’m a glutton for punishment and wanted to see how many times it would fail. It can fail three times for sure.

Ranking system? Why not. It would be a great thing to have, at the end of every month different rewards for all rankings. Maybe this will prevent players to quit before match ending because they will get L if they leave and go rank down if they quit too much or for too much defeats.
I know it sounds stupid but I would want ranking system without matchmaking restriction. Small player base so it’s impossible to play only with similar rank players. Some actual competition in this game would be nice. At level 150 you have nothing to play for, so this will be something to keep things fun and to know how good you are.
EDIT:
Also, some ingame stats would be nice. Nothing special, just how many games played as FT or Predator, how much kills with each weapon, how much long and quick claims, boars killed… something like that.

That should be manageble for starters. Maybe less stratified so queue times are not so long. Even if it’s 1-50, 51-100 and 100-150, that should be quite significant in match quality.

You can make it to level 150 and still know nothing about this game honestly, but you’re absolutely out of excuses at that point

If you do, it’s fucking sad. It took me almost a straight month of playing. I’ve learned basically all of the ropes. Most of them in the first week or so.
