Why do I get Grief and hate mail for using the best weapon in the game. Its not like I’m a Combistick thrower lol (sorry not sorry)

Just because they buffed a already slightly broken perk to make it op as fuck. Just because you stand next to barrels does not mean they are off limits. Why the hate for playing range not like Im a bow user I do give away my position with every shot.

Why the hate for using the Shoulder mounter Caster. Its one of the best weapons in the game.

Melee has become so less viable that range is the only way to get great damage and downs. Sorry I adapt to my game.

Didn’t you know? If you use melee you’re a trash rusher predator, if you use ranged you’re a coward/camper. If you use hit and run you’re a pussy who won’t stand still. If you use the bow, combistick, PC pistol, katana, elder sword, plasma caster, net gun, bear traps, you’re trash for using OP weapons, if you alert the AI you’re exploiting the game, if you use quick claim then you’re not being punished enough, if you don’t 1v1 every FT member you’re trash, if you run to heal you’re a coward. I’m sure I’m missing some more but if you fall under this category then I don’t know what to tell you but well you deserve the hate mail and much more.

On a 1v1 playing honorably then yeah I wholeheartedly agree, if there’s more than one or they’re running to the chopper then no.

In randoms its pretty cheap. You have no idea how many games I’ve head the predator chase just ME around because he could completely ignore the rest (potatoes) and I knew that I just had to outlast the number of nets to win… Its painful lol!

It should be painful but not nearly as painful as having teammates around that could help you out of that situation by providing cover or knifing the net but would rather look at the ground and appreciate its texture or getting some VT over in a corner while they hear you being stabbed right next to them.

It’s those 1v1’s I’m referring too. So disappointing to get the Pred bloody and have them just pull out the net gun and end it.

Maybe they should add a buff for last man standing that negates nets on them or something. Personally I feel there should be duel mode like Ghost of Tsushima were both players accept and have an honorable duel but that seems a bit too far fetched for this game unfortunately.

Ive started using the netgun in 1v1’s after I find wristblades glitching out for me, the melee lock-on making me miss or getting me stuck on a pebble as they just knife the fuck out of me in the side. fuck that. Fix melee and ill put the netgun away

I feel you man, net gun is my bane as a Scout though. Even if I recommended it to Venn at the evac. It can just be a let down after a good match, or when you meet someone who uses it to kill one teammate after another because your random’s can’t seem to punish claims.

So what if I use the net gun while the Ai are fighting you pinning you ti objects so the Ai just shoot you to shreds. That is how I use the net gun when I do lol

I mean sometimes ill try with the blades first, sometimes it goes well, but if theres 1 miss when im like “nah, that should of hit” then netgun is instantly out and ending that shit lol. I aint gonna risk being 2nd winded or even killed over some crappy lock-on system.

Also if you’re the last FT member left, its sorta incentive to stay with your team and keep them alive rather than running off solo like some do.

Also I try to set off all camp alarms lol. I love that shit even more so now with the train hitting ai buff
