i have this game on ps4.and pc. i originally preordered it for the ps4 and reached max level of 150 along with purchasing all the dlc. now ive purchased this game on pc through epic games launcher. and even connected my epic games account to my ps account. it sucks all of the dlc i purchased doesnt transfer over or my progress. so on top of all that there is a bug on pc that is mocking me. i have now received the mythical jungle hunter 87 mask from field lockers TWICE and it is still showing locked in my customization menu and it didnt even give me duplication bonus because its registering that i never got the item to begin with. i want my progress and all my dlc back. or i want this glitched fixed so i can get my mask that technically ive already payed for and also received TWICE from lockers. all of this needs fixed.

I don’t know if it is possible to transfer certain files from your PS4 to a PC, but if possible, then you could replace the UserSettings.sav from your PS account to your PC, as the loadouts are saved there.
Then you would be able to play with your loadouts from PS.
But then you won’t be able to customize them on PC, and would need to update your loadouts on the PS4 and transfer it again every time you want to change something.
Transferring this file from one PC to another works, as I did it with a few buddies to test out bugged loadout files, which kept resetting the loadouts.
Even the Loadout related bugs get transferred along with this file.
Are you sure you haven’t been receiving Jungle Hunter Mask Shaders?
Unlocking Shaders will not unlock the Mask.
