Lets start off by saying that I have played A LOT, and guess I have accumulated and purchased around 200+ Field lockers, and for the amount of red items that are in the game you get a ridiculously low drop rate… Im talking ~6 out of those 200+ every gun alone has 3 red items, also whats with the Predator weapon skin drop rate? Why are you like 10x more likely to get a weapon skin for the fireteam than for the Predator?
EDIT: Also Im kinda salty cuz I lost a blue knife early on when the game loaded into a match as the locker opened… still sad about that…
Red drops should occur more often in Field lockers.

I understand your frustrations with the loot drop, but in the scheme of things, 200+ doesn’t even scratch the surface of the number you need to open, some people on this forum have opened well over 2000 loot boxes, and gotten maybe 1-2 mythic items, the rare and mythic item drop % is super low…welcome to the grind…
I’ve gotten 3 red drops already. I feel as if it isn’t needed due to the game giving you free currency to buy any item in the game. Also there is only like 6 red drops for humans and the rest are masks for the predator. You can easily grind this game and get whatever you want in the first 3 days. The drop rate in my opinion is fine and really isn’t needed. I’ve been playing this game for 2 days and I’m level 36 and have most of the things I think even look cool.
I can honestly say I’m close, if not, over the 1000 mark especially with how duplicates gave a ton more credits before the patch.
I have given up on the loot crate system and I guess I will remain hopeful they will provide these skins down the road for events or something.
I’m not the gambling type.
God red drops are bad enough. Then there’s YELLOW that has the really cool shit, lol.
What mythic items are you talking about ? The only one i can find in the custmization option is the predator mask from the movie.
There are lots of hidden mythic items that are not listed in the customization menus. There are other threads on this subject.
Okay so I just got my first ever Gold drop. And it is just the crimson mask for the Prophet mask. Crimson for all other masks are red except for this one. I finally get a gold and it is just the Red variant of a mask…I feel so damn cheated.

3 or so of the prophets mask are “mythic”, yet under other masks they arent…
A bug perhaps?

I hope they give us more Veritanium per match so I can open loot boxes more often I liked how it was before but now I don’t wanna spend my currency on loot boxes cause I know all I’m gonna get are duplicates and it just feels like a waste if money to do it that’s why I slowed down playing it cause I’m level 100 and it just doesn’t feel like their is anything to work toward, hopefully the game picks up soon once dlc starts coming in.
