Refund on PS4

Could someone let me know if it’s possible to get a refund on PS4?

Think I’m going to plug-in the PS2 and play some Predator concrete jungle.

There are certain conditions to qualify for a refund, but depending on your country and the Sony rep that takes the case, they are willing to bend the rules from time to time. I got a full refund for a game that I downloaded and started playing, but the game didn’t work as advertised, so I got the refund no questions asked.
