I am so sick of this company right now , I got Friday the 13th as soon as it came out same with predator hunting grounds , both are broken , it’s not a fully serviced product if it’s wait times for games are so bad , you make tiny useless fixes but ignore the elephant in the room , wait times , this game will die but you greedy donkeys won’t care , ruining Ur reputation with this pile of crap I want a full refund please advise how this is possible on a already downloaded digital copy

They did the same thing with Friday the 13th , had months to fix core issues and never did , I don’t care about the money it’s the principle this is the second time I’ve been ripped off by this company , why release a game in full if it’s not playable like a full game , it’s a time waster and sure they are making tiny useless patches like they did with f13th but the core issue is the wait times which havnt and won’t be addressed because they are using the same shitty servers they had last time
Wait…you bought F13, apparently hated it enough to say that you were ripped off, then bought a SECOND game from them without looking at any videos, streams, reviews, forums, comments, etc?
i did watch videos and streams but i gave them a second chance hoping they learnt from their mistakes , unfortunately they have not , also the streams i watched were all private games as nobody is uploading videos of them sitting in long waiting matchmaking cues

exaclty , this is on them , this will be a second failed game while they are raking in money off people providing an incomplete and non functional product that is living up to its intention
How would you feel if you bought a car in full let’s say, and when driving it for a few miles the steering wheel comes off, the radio doesn’t work, you find out it doesn’t run on gas but instead it runs on bottles of ketchup.
I know the game is not as much as a car but still it’s an analogy to explain the principal of when we pay for something with our hard earned money we should expect quality and not a half finished product.
The game had certain bugs, long queues etc something that could be expected but after trying it for more than 2 hours you find how the screen freezes just trying to change an outfit color for 5 seconds …
As they say buy a car with 2 hours of testing and you decide to take a trip, you have no problems and it just takes 3 or 4 hours and the car starts to fail. Solution? none are no longer entitled to a refund. Is that legitimate or is it a hoax or scam?

Im 100% sure this kid wants to keep the game and get his money back. unfortunately u wont see that money back. They sold you a product digitally and you bought it. DONE DEAL. Honestly they are patching things and if you think things should just be perfect when they are released look at SWBF2. Thats turned into a great game. Who’s to say this wont be the same in due time?
You can easily get a refund by bringing up the lies surrounding crossplay friends. This is a consumer law fact. Yes it is harder then going through the automated <2 hour played process. May have to send an email with illfonic screenshots and then state that all of your game time bar one hour of play was spent trying to match with a friend on a different platform. EZ.
Then they can say that they’re working on it and it has bugs. You aren’t getting a refund sorry bud.
