It gave you the mask. The lack of pre purchase content isn’t their fault or problem. It is who you purchased it from. So, Sony or Epic games.
Refunds
Ultimately Epic is responsible but they have just told me to speak to predator support, ie illfonic.
So both of you must respond and stop blaming the other.
You’re going to have to be more persistent. Honestly throw a fit with Epic, you purchased something and they didn’t give it. Plus that’s sometimes the only way to get something done.
I have been waiting a whole week with many other players with the same problem.
and his only answer is “Talk to Illfonic, the predator support”

–You exceeded the two-hour in-game time limit
–You requested a refund after the 14-day refund time limit
