On Headquarters. Just had a match where I was last man standing and could not revive my squad mates because the radio spawned inside a building that had its doors closed.
It was one of those that you can open the roof windows because I looked through and both the switch and the radio were glowing and taunting me. 👁👁
It was my first match against a Cleo too. I died a very painful and lonely death.

Yeah I think you’re right but I’m pretty sure the radio is supposed to be accessible regardless of whatever mission you have.
I had like 15 A.I to kill and an angry Egyptian on my back and while I appreciate a challenge I felt a little hard done by 😁
I had the same mission once and I was desperately trying to get inside that closed building trying to get reinforcements, I was gonna quit the match, but my friend suggested I continued doing the mission. The building opened after some objectives and I was able to reinforce.
But yes, it should be accessible at any time, bad design.
