Reinforcement Nerf

There should be 3 reinforcement stations around the map.
One for each player.
Instead of everyone spawning back, this incentivizes team work, and on top of that, creates tension.
Will everyone make it back on time, or will the Predator take everyone out before it can be done?
It’s way too easy to come back, and doesn’t offer any sort of tension, just frustration on behalf of the Predator.

That’s not that efficient for the fireteam, the reinforcements problem is that they spawn back in within 15 seconds. It should be WAY longer or simply removed

The other problem though is that Fire Team doesn’t have much of a challenge.
There are too many things that Fire Team needs to nerf them in different ways;
Reinforcement, AI, Predator, Objectives, etc.

I agree with you, they can complete their missions with ease making predators unable to make their move. I seriously hope that as soon they can to update they buff predator big time. Game is legit reversed since ive had 3 matches with the fireteam litterally hunting for me instead of predator going for them.

Reinforcements are a joke. I’ve killed 3 of the fire team several times only to have the lone ranger get them back within 30 seconds. I don’t even have time to chase them down and stop them. It’s broken.

Reinforcements could easily be tweaked to be one of the most tense filled parts of the game where what’s left of the team has to showdown with the predator to get their buddies back. Instead it’s an easy button for the fireteam. Easy fix - increase the amount of time for reinforcements.

Just make it where the radio isnt instantly marked for the fireteam. Make it like F13 where they actually have to search for it.

Lmao no, I’m guessing you are a fireteam player. The reinforcements are bs. Predator stands no chance if the team gets revived.

I suck at using the pred and i’ve cleared the board multiple times today… if I can do it, anyone can…

slightly longer countdown to bring them back and how about the predator can fire at the radio or somehow delay the res or something.

Or mark the thing on the map for everyone at the start so the pred can plant traps. if you spend your time setting up then the team have finished by the time you set traps at the res location etc etc

I don’t know, i’m all gor buffing the Pred, it NEEDS it, but i don’t see anything wrong with the reinforcements mechanic as it is…

They only Res once per round, its not like they’re reviving dead soldiers over and over and over again…

Besides, the Fireteam is going to need reinforcements if the Predator gets the buff it deserves…

As the predator youve most likely already spent your healings to take down several fireteam members and when they respawn It’s basicly gameover for predator.

That sounds like a You problem… lots of other people are getting on fine as it is… 🤷🏻‍♂️

My issue is that the reinforcements are the exact same characters you’ve already killed before, in terms of appearance etc.

This and also the fact they’re fully stocked up and ready to go, full equipment etc.

A great change would be to make the reinforcements standard PMC’s similar to the AI, limited utility but still capable of winning with other fireteam members.

That honestly sounds like a great idea, more in line with Tommy Jarvis from FT13, where he was stronger than the campers.

when reinforcements are called, they should all come in on the chopper at one of the drop zones (that’s randomly chosen)

this lengthens the time they arrive and doesn’t plop them all together in a location that the predator is most likely going to be

which stop any instant slaughtering
