Reinforcements question May 6th

I just did a mission on derailed. i was killed in the trainyard and my teamates brought me back at the base in the north part of the map. sometime later i died again and they killed the predator while holding out i saw reinforcement pop back up on the screen and one of them ran to reinforce again.

So my question is , are you suppose to be able to reinforce more than once? i have put alot of time into this game and haven’t seen a second reinforce before.

I’m pretty sure that it’s a bug.
I’ve seen it once before during a game where the FT could reinforce twice.
But the second time they did none actually came back.

I have never seen reinforcements more than once, but I heard that it may have a cool down like second wind.
