Basically make FT unplayable. Very helpful. Go play Splintercell or Hitman or something like that if you want a realistic game.
Hunting Grounds is an “asymmetrical” game. They’ll never apply your ideas because they remove the whole point of “asymmetrical” game.
Friendly fire exists but for grenades and grenade launcher only.
