Report: Hackers

Illfonic doesn’t have an actual report feature mid-game, or even post-game, so I have to come here. I am reporting the following people for aimbot + chams. While I unfortunately was unable to capture video proof (wasn’t streaming at the time), I was instantly shot through several objects and foliage the moment the FT caught sight of me. Additionally, even after going back to heal, I was across the map upon a rock testing to see if it truly was an aimbot, and sure enough, I was being hit by a sniper across the map with only thick foliage blocking my view.

This is my first instance of encountering hackers. The aimbotter likely also had chams on. The person I know 100% is hacking, is “A Friendly Fox”. He was the only one with a sniper. I believe the other 3 were in on it as well, as their demeanor was not that of randoms.

Illfonic, a better report system for actual cheaters would be appreciated. (I’m on PC by the way, so there’s no avoiding them)

Had the same situation last night. I was hidden in the temple, standing still just to see if they will find me, and right enough, without spotting i got shot. Decided to go ape-shit on the hacker and attaked him without cloak and with combistick. Got him down, but before managed to claim long kill - all 4 left the server. Before Illfonic will adress this problem officially, my advice to all PC/PS4 players out there - if you will encounter hackers, just disable your cloak and go mental with them. Gloves off.

Also… how do people not know about the in-game report feature… it was even there during the demo

I had a match as the Predator where I was being spotted and shot at like lasers no matter where I was on the map. Def felt like some aim bot thing, I don’t game on PC so I have no idea what chams are. But after that match I turned cross-play off.

Only times I’m gunna cross play is with my cousins once we know how to invite specific people from PC

You literally cannot report while in-game. You can only mute players. You cannot report post-game, either. The only “in-game” report feature is actually pregame, when everyone’s sitting in a lobby. I don’t care if this post gets removed. I’ll keep posting it until Illfonic does something about it or provides a proper report feature.

Chams are wallhacks. It lets you see people’s body through any wall with a bright color of whatever you setup. It’s a staple of most hackers in FPS games.

I ran into a lag switcher recently. I was lagging so hard and the minute the game came back i was dead with no skull on my body and we were all dead and even the match ended… Pc killer was against us too. We should turn off the crossplay. And let hackers play with themselves…

Pause menu > mute menu > click on player to mute or report.
