With crossplay on you might go against Steam and Epic players, some of them are good.
With crossplay off, majority of PS players aren’t that good, also the same group off ppl got the game for free and play it like they never played a video game in their life.

This game in general doesn’t have many good players. What would you say? Like about 20-25 total sweats both platforms combined.

Yeah, probably around that number. Many good players moved on to other games and over time, the playerbase just shrinked.

Like when I play with friends and we turn off the crossplay, we get the same 3-5 Preds on Epic and it’s just boring. We turn it on and we get PS singleplayer Preds who are killing AI’s.

The game is just boring for me, I play other games, this one, only when friends invite me for some matches and it gets boring real quick.

Agreed, I play with @PlayStation_sniper at night if he’s on. Otherwise I won’t touch this game. Once you reach a certain skill level. The game gets boring fast.

Unless you decide to play mainly privates with people on the same skill level, yeah. Even then the way of playing doesn’t vary much as the meta is what it is and what most players go for. Hardcore Hunt and modifiers can make things more interesting to mix it up but most players don’t like touching those.
