Yea it would be nice to have an option to play through from the beginning maxed out after winning. Took me a while to figure how to buff the auto9 properly

I got the gun upgrades reasonably quick , but I think the penalties are bugged? One penalty of 20% takes away all buffs? Hopefully they fix it
