You can have the best gear in the division and still be trash. There is to much to explain in a text about the dynamics.
What happens is people get the best gear and “PVP” set ups but then get absolutely trashed. Then they all go to FB or Reddit and say everyone better than them is running Cronus… or hacking.
Big games or not it’s all the same shit.

Yea I understand what you are saying and the Division isn’t for everyone. A bunch of my clan mates have put out plenty of YT videos debunking the argument over gear making the difference in a win vs a loss. A top tier player can slap on a shit build and destroy people who are wearing the best set ups. There is a big skill gap in tactics and movement in the game. That curve is massive between the hardcore and the casuals.

I watch police shows, I know that police can trace mobiles. I have like an old-ass nokia type thing that runs off of an O2 sim card. It’s actually much cheaper than a mobile plan, and less easily tracked.
