Honestly a slightly larger stamina pool and movement speeds isn’t really cutting it. It’s not worth using scout for such drastic drawbacks of lowered health and gear points. If anything you could have lowered the perks points.
Speaking of which the point perk system is pretty much useless being that literally anything that useful accumulates to barely 12 points.
