Screen not working but game still runs in background

As the title says, the game still start up and I can hear it run but the screen is froozen and unless I repeatedly Alt+Tab out and into the game then I can sort of change the settings but even changing resolution and to Windowed mode, the still did not work but the game was still running. Please help.

Running - 240hz monitor at 1920x1080 resolution
CPU - Ryzen 9 3950x 16 core
Motherboard - MSI x570 Gaming Edge
GPU - Radeon RX 5700 XT 8 GB
RAM - 32 GB DDR4 3200

what is your desktop screen resolution and refresh rate?

240hz monitor at 1920x1080 resolution

Ive uninstalled and reinstalled the game on a different hard drive and still the game is having the same issues. Ive verified the game, updated drivers and still having this problem. If this goes on for another day or two, I’d like a refund.
