Second wind

I love that they added the flash so the predator can get away BUT, I don’t think it last that long decreasing the efficiency of it. I ran away far as I could until I literally died and they still found me. We should be able to jump or at least sprint much faster to be able to adequately escape. I still feel like I’m being tracked down like a dog. Please do something thanks

what? removed and blood trail added so that what? ft can hunt him down like prey like he was prepatch. no that is stupid. dumb and unbalanced thats the thing they changed so that wouldnt HAPPEN

Second wind imo is your hanging on by your last thread.

Take leap away.

Make it able to outrun a scout ft class (1.5 or 2x normal speed)

Blood trail.

If your out into second wind you screwed up and were stealthy enough lol

Change my thought minus leap. But at LEAST increase speed or make the blinding affect last just a few seconds more so you can’t see where the predator ran off to. Just gives him a fighting chance

A lot of preds also think you are invincible during second wind and you are not, in a way. You are a timer and damage you take reduces that timer significantly. I see some preds complain that second wind sucks but they eat a lot of damage while in second wind and don’t have time to run away and heal.

I 100% agree that second wind is a penatly for the predator, it’s the “You done messed up heres a chance to get your stuff together” but you are also severely injured. It is the FT’s chance to end you. Second wind should never be an advantage for the predator. Leap being added to second wind is kind of meh to me, it doesn’t break the game as I can still run down a pred in second wind because they are dumb but it seems more an addition to combat people whining about them being bad about getting away from a FT. You always had the option to jump into a position the FT couldn’t get to, roofs of buildings, trucks, etc. But hey I feel we are slowly catering to the lowest common denominator here if we keep it up so let’s hope this last patch was the last big jump in that direction.

Hard as negative. The fire team has the ability to respawn DEAD teammates while the predator gets one chance of redemption. Second wind is by all means fair and should be tapered more so the predator can survive. He doesn’t get to respawn after death like the fire team does. He has 2 health kits and one revive. FT has med kits, field syringes, gear boxes to replenish field syringes and also can be revived. I just died and second wind didn’t even activate like wth?

i think you should be able to go into trees but maybe climb at a slightly slower pace. they definitely need to do something that increases the chances of the pred escaping, though.

All im going to say is if FT gets a reinforcements with a fully equipped respawn then predator should be able to leap and the blinding effect needs to be stronger/last longer. Lasting half a second does not give enough time for pred to disappear and making FT hunt by blood trail. Im saying this from a ft perspective because my buddies and i have always beaten any predator. Except for the lucky berserker ones once in a blue moon. So yes second wind you messed up but like FT you should be able to get away a little easier since it is so easy for FT to get reinforcements fully equipped.

what use would it be at a slower pace? the fireteam would rain down on us while we move like a sloth or a chunky beast … and shooting at us with sniper rifles. if you played or even tried predator you might or would know this
