Its official self-destruct doesn’t work anymore. You can just shoot the predator after he activates it and voila. No need to disarm or anything. This is 2 games in a row now and I kept a recording.

Total bullshit In my opinion. Neanderthals from earth shouldn’t be able to disarm a bomb as advanced as that. They should take that mechanic and throw it in the garbage bc the fire team won’t even complete their objectives anymore. They JUST COME AFTER YOU. ITS SUCH BULLSHIT.

they should change a bit how it work
predator should be able to hold the charging button longer and the more it charges the bomb the harder the bomb should be to disarm
actualy fire team are not scare of the predator on every aspect , he’s not stealhy ,not deadly, he’s super ez to kill and to get his corpse
getting predator’s corpse should be realy hard but much more rewarding
they should also reward a little bit more for ending the mission actualy fire team doesn’t care about the mission they want to kill the predator . They should be punished to ignore objectives

The movies are canon in this universe (at least Predator and Predator 2, and I think The Predator but I’m not sure). The Fireteam was either taught the symbols or they’re being sent the translations when you’re disarming the bomb. Based off one of his lines when you first realize the Predator’s there, the commander of the Fireteam also seems to know something about them. They’re not as mysterious to us as you’re thinking.
If this is based on the movie made in 87 bro, this is the FIRST contact with them.
There is an OWLF file that directly references the events of Predator 2.
