Settings don’t save.

Let me start this complaint by saying this is the most fun game I’ve played in years! But the bugs are rampant.

Im playing on PS4. Everytime I play a round as Falconer predator in custom slot 4 and get at least 1 fire team kill, the saved customization options for the class completely get overwritten. Perks dont change, but the elder sword and handheld plasma caster overwrite my weapons choices and audio decoy gets selected when its supposed to be clear. It is obnoxious to wait 5 minutes for a game only to have the options I selected for my predator completely changed, or to remember to reset them every round or every time I turn on the PS4 (selections are also rewritten when I fire the game up).

Do you use the combistick in this loadout or are all gear slots filled?

It’s so that either running the combistick before you unlock it through leveling up will reset the loadout every time.
Solution Run the combistick after you officially unlock it around lvl 40 I believe.

If you have not all gear slots filled or at least use the gear points available same thing happens. When you only use the syringes and have the other spaces blank it will reset the loadout.
Solution Put any gear item in the other available spaces even if you don’t use them. I can recommend the use of audio decoys though. They can help get a Fireteam confused on your position. Most figure it out eventually though for the newer players it’s a good thing to use. For experienced players the will know immediately. Also, I can recommend the motion tracker as well.

I got my 10th Predator slot reset (weapons only) for some reason. This is the first time I use the “Breather mask” and the rest of the loadouts are OK.
Will try later the “filling the spaces” thing, but I don’t think it will work, as the rest of my Preds don’t have a 3rd gear. I only use syringes and beartraps.
