The is about a special peace keeping operation. They can’t be held responsible if players choose a violent approach to it.

Pred can win by time out. FT can attack pred cause they feel threatened by an illegal alien who will not surrender willingly (article 57, lone 176 of UN self defense charter). If they neutralize the threat, it’s also a winning condition.

I once saw a PETA vehicle in macdonAlds drive thru lmao

They must have been promoting vegetarian options. Is peta against meat-eaters, or just about proper treatment of animals?

Humans would definitely need animal based B12 supplements if everyone had to go vegetarian. Everyone would have to take supplements or non-meat food would have to fortified with it, if that’s a possibility.

Oh absolutely

Not only that it would fuck with our genetics over the generations. Eventually our teeth would dull and we’d all look like gumby.

You can get b12 from eggs and dairy! My partner is vegetarian, but we eat fish a lot since it also has b12.

Fr what I’ve read, numerically it should add up with just dairy cause it’s been sited what 2 eggs have about 50% of daily value and a glass of milk has about that as well. If fish is on the menu it adds a lot too. Yogurts and cheese have less, but still significant in combination with other B12 foods.

I check milk labels and they don’t list anything about B12. Probably ran out of space and i maybe made with the thought in mind that all people eat meat 😁.

One thing I’m not sure we about it’s absorption. Let’s say if i eat two fish fillets in one sitting will all of the B12 get absorbed or if there’s a limit to what can be absorbed per unit time.

I’ve heard educators say that B12 storage is very good tho and can last for years so suppose if stores are not totally depleted, and nearly all of what’s consumed is absorbed, getting the bare daily minimums of 3-4 micrograms should be fine.

I’ve never heard it discussed in detail in med videos. It always goes like this, ā€˜if you have symptoms of low B12 level you get a supplement regimen to follow for some time’ But after that it’s like you’re on your own with the diet. Not very detailed
