Should Predator Hunting Grounds have an Offline Mode?
Without a doubt. The problem with online only games is that you never know how long they’re going to last. It’s a gamble. They either last for years on end, or get the servers shut down within the first few months. So basically you’re just renting the game if it’s multiplayer only. Now it doesn’t need an extensive campaign with high detailed cutscenes and the like, but it should be mandatory that online only games have the multiplayer modes but with bots. That way you can enjoy the game when the servers are shut down or when nobody is playing them.

I think it would be a good start to have bots fill the empty spots on the roster rather than having a campaign since implementing one would take away limited resources from improving the actual game whereas a campaign most likely will end up being a mediocre experience.

Bots and challenges definitely. Most likely the “gamemodes” they are referring to.
No campaign since this is a asymmetrical multi. They should add a offline bots mode and the difficulty could be selected. So you still would have ai but could select level 5 bots for aim gods and level one for ai type fireteam. A survival mode would be cool too.

Just make it like Evolve, you can start a match with only bots and as players join in, the bots are replaced by players. After a match ends, you can either stay on the party or exit to the lobby. And the Predator role is switched among the players at every match(If you have predator preference).

This. All of this, lol. If not that give the option to toggle Bot/Player for each slot. I assume the issue with bots and us not having them yet is getting their AI to work and actually do objectives while maintaining balance. The guerilla AI having “Sight Beyond Sight” is bad enough and they aren’t nearly as powerful and accurate as a bot FT would probably need to be. Similar issue with Pred. In F13 we got pretty stupid but fun to murder Counceler bots but no Jason because his AI would have been too complicated to program the way they wanted.
Yes. It should be like Evolve and F13, the multiplayer mode but with bots controlling the FT/Predator. It’d be a way for us to play the game and earn trophies after the servers shut down or become a barren wasteland. I hate it when MP games shut down their servers and become unplayable or have unobtainable trophies (including the platinum).
