Shurikn mechanics idea.

I picture the suriken having less control than the smart disk but more speed and the same damage.

Throw it like a spear keeping full control of your body. While in the air it travels in a strait line but with a magnetic effect that draws it closer to a ft member if it gets within a certain range. The magnetic effect should be limited to a certain margin to allow for error. The shuriken should perform a boomerang effect once called back same as a smart disk or travel in a strait path until it sticks in a wall.

Essentially it can miss by 5 feet but if it would miss by a foot or two it corrects itself.

Maintains its path until either getting stuck or being called back. A limit on distance traveled before auto return could also be implemented.

It should have no control quz its not a remote controled weapon - its basically a giant ninja star

Supposedly works just like smart disk only a different design.
It could dismember bodies more easily. But i assume you can’t carry a smart disk with a shurikn.

That would make it the first weapon to limit your loadout.
City hunter combi + regular combistick too?

Isnt that what the disc should do… better yet. Increase disc speed a shit ton. I dont rember in predator 2 where the city hunter had to stand still using it

In melee, probably a better smart disc, at ranged, probably a worse combi stick. But you can carry like 3 so you can rapid fire, but then have to retrieve them.
