I mean, shit, they never found CH’s Mask apparently.
They could 100% take assets from this game and make a small campaign. 1000% and arguing against that is nonsense. It’s not that hard. For actual game developers this is not even partially difficult

Standing around doing silly FT missions as pred. Recycled assets in the same maps with some slightly altered text. People are already complaining because its the same thing we already have & of course it is.
Games that used to have singleplayer + multiplayer combos didnt have to work backwards they just reused singleplayer areas as maps for multiplayer then just threw players in it so it wasn’t a tall order and reused the same mechanics for multiplayer.
Multiplayer to singleplayer though = working backwards if you’re trying to make a legitimate campaign. This is why every multiplayer game that later implements “singleplayer” is more often than not treated as a tutorial and takes an hour tops because on its own its just a short tacked on introduction to the game mechanics against bad tacked on AI.
Retroactively asking for voiced cutscenes and pred AI and such is a waste of resources when you’re trying to keep multiplayer afloat as the games already launched. It’d be like Destiny putting their money into retroactively putting in 10 min worth of cutscenes + pvp bots instead of raids and things that aren’t dead content. Or Red Dead dropping singleplayer dlc instead of stuff for red dead online lol. Resources go one way or the other post-launch. The notion that siphoning funds into offline content will somehow save a 4v1 pvp game is laughable & has literally never happened ever. Generates exactly 0 return with the target audience being speedrunners, pirates, & people that are terrified of asymmetricals to begin with/have no access to internet in 2021.
If you’re picking between an actual online gamemode or a recycled campaign that takes an hour to play through and never touch again you should be asking for the gamemode 1000% percent of the time instead of dreaming illfonic will drop concrete jungle 2.
people are just slow to realize we’re in an era of $40 online-only games and this isn’t ps3 gen anymore.

NECA is solidfied Canon because of Alpha’s inclusion into P:HG. Even Warrior Pred references Alpha’s story in his own lore.
NECA lore for Predator verse characters references AvP Elements such as the Elite Rank, Yautja Prime, etc.
P:HG confirms Yautja Prime exists with Yautja Bow description.
The fact that either Scar or Scarface are making it in and that either or will be Predators that come from AvP or have faced Xenomorphs before pretty much = AvP is Canon to Predator.

Well I mean yeah I’d prefer an online mode. But saying that does not equal, a Campaign can’t be done lol. Those two thoughts are irrelevant to eachother. And there lone wolf mode that got leaked is EXTREMELY lazy. It’s not nearly as good as it could have been

Absolute development hell 20000 conflicting half baked ideas and a pvp mode thats probably on its way out.
Its like one lead dev wanted free roam and fishing. Another dev wanted Eve Online. And the other guy wanted it to retroactively become a story-driven Bioware MMO. And they all just fucked off and made their own game & stitched it together instead of reaching a compromise or making Warframe 2.
Warframe. Mortal Kombat. Xcom2. Injustice. Dragon ball Xenoverse. Halo wars 2. Doom. This list is longer than you think it is. Lol they are just supremely lazy
