If you call your Smart Disc back as soon as it hits an obstacle it will start flying in a straight line towards where your character stood the moment you pressed the button. If you move out of the way it will keep flying in a straight line and slide along smoother environmental details and objects until it gets trapped in a crevice or anything else that might block it from keep moving.
When this phenomenon happens and the Smart Disc has finally stopped somewhere on the map then you can’t ADS and throw another Smart Disc, you’re forced to go find it and pick up the one that bugged out first.
I could switch over to other weapons and equipment but i couldn’t attack or use any of the other stuff i carried while the bugged Smart Disc was still out on the map.
It may seem stupid, but it’s hard to recreate alone in a Private Match with 0ms, but when i test this in Public Hunt Matches with 4ms or higher it’s easy to recreate.
