It is pretty much pointless to use smart disc, every fireteam will shoot it with couple bullets after it stuck somewhere. Shoudln’t be that easily breakable. Now i throw it once and its gone. Why don’t make combistick this destroyable too then?

I’m can’t use smart disc well .but one times I play with FT the predator can use smart disc very well to damage FT.
And if the smart disc have the same power with combistick. Not a good idea
No it’s not Power problem, it’s that fireteam breaks smartdisc and it cannot Be used anymore
100% agree with this. Personally I’m starting to love the disc as it’s so satisfying when you get it right. It’s incredibly unforgiving however. Make one small mistake and get it stuck somewhere near the Fireteam, particularly inside a room that you’re trying to clear them out of, and it’s almost certainly a gonner. I understand the FT being able to destroy traps (as frustrating as that can be for the pred) but it seems unnecessarily punishing to lose one of your main weapons for the rest of the match.
especially as it’s made out of some alien alloy that seams to be indestructible and can cut through anything on this planet…
Not sure how it gets stuck in a wooden beam when it can cut through entire buildings

I cannot agree with you pal. Smart disc AND combistic should be fully destroyable if found by FT - its up to me to make sure I retrive my weapons in time. With the disc, I can manouver it to come back to me. Combistick, well, I have to plane what I will do and how I will engage my prey.
On the same note - those shuld be one hit-one kill weapons when thrown. Reward for sucessfull attack is then obvious, hoever risk when the attack fails is equally great - you will loose your weapon. Right now disc is a two hit down and combistick just passes thrught FT memebers doping no damage for some reason

predator doesnt need more gameplay elements removed from him for any reason. to launch a disc and fight with the fucking controls not to get it stuck isnt a skill test its a pain in the ass. then to have it destroyed and a weapon slot rendered useless. hell sometimes i launch the disc and i dont get the chance to control it it just fires off im booted right back into 3rd person and the disc is stuck somewhere. once it got stuck in the skybox.
if anything i should be able to recall it from where it is stuck and it comes back to me.
i remember i was so excited when i unlocked it in the beta, used it once, and never again lol

We should also be able to re-use beartraps, but thats a different discussion.
Now you’re being irrational… as a predator main, this dude has a valid point. Do you even realize you can be fucked when combi or disk is destroyed??? You’re fucked… and when you can only rely on the other primary or secondary weapon. If you have combi (I just use for throwing), also disk in your load out, and if they’re both destroyed as well… lol you’re totally fucked. Why would you even disagree to this? Are you a bad FT player that gets killed easily? I’m trying to put the pieces of puzzles together lol… Cause think about it, if predator throws a smart disk and combi wouldn’t the FT be aware that he’ll come back for them? they can light his ass up for trying. Destroying the weapons is pointless, it can ruin the fun.
It totally ruins, but then i ruin game for them doing splash Leap Because i get every time angry when they shoots it :D maybe should actually allways do that splash Leap and use disc as bait. Nevermind lets keep that disc destroyable but it need more health. ;D

it should have an auto retrieve if it is stuck. You know, like the universe it’s based on.
Pred leaves it several times lodged and then pulls it back through his prey when they are lured into the trap.

Completely I made a post a week ago about this I thought this was mine 😆 and it should definitely not be destroyed when fireteam has reinforcements which give then all gear and ammo AND health back meanwhile my disc is destroyed that’s trash
In time for what? As soon as you throw combistick and down someone one of the other three people would immediately destroy it right next to the downed person because they aren’t idiots and the value they get out of destroying it is hilarious.
Congratz you wasted a weapon slot for a single down lol. Is pred supposed to just use bow now or will you let FT destroy the arrows too?
