Give us a mouse and that sens so it wouldn’t be “beginner moves” ;)

I wont give you a mouse but i’ll give you alittle wisdom… PS is M&K compatible.

But PHG isn’t, IIRC.

Always hit the disc return button. Lucky downs on ft memebrs happen for frequent then expected when done rite

Also, always try to remeber where you are posited when disc recalling. Don’t want to hit any objects other then ft

But only a few games have native support and things like Xim Apex and others are having issues optimising it to work well on PS5 due to new architecture stuff… Also you’re still limited by console movement acceleration which you do not not have on PC.

Wut?
Can a PS player switch weapon/equipment by pressing juat 1 key? No…
Can PS players aim/turn as fast as PC players? No…

I gotta believe PC players have an advantage when it comes to the smart disc.

Do they just coast the mouse around and that aims it?

No, its DPI.

DPI specifically refers to the measurement of the speed at which a mouse cursor moves on-screen, in relation to the distance a user is moving the mouse. For example, if you were to move your mouse an inch to the right with a low DPI, and then move your mouse an inch to the right with a higher DPI, the cursor on-screen would move further in the second example, despite the distance covered by the mouse’s sensor being the same.

Some mice have a switch to toggle DPI speeds at will, so when you’re using the disc in flight and jack up the DPI, you can move it at the wild angles you see in a lot of videos. Console players don’t have this advantage, even with sensitivity turned all the way up.

Damn… Now I know why I’ve never been able to get the same angles and turns I see on a lot of YouTube videos. 😕

I’ve tried to no avail and was just thinking that I suck as using it (which I’m sure is partially the reason). But if they have a leg up then there’s no way I will match what the PC disc throwers can do.

This is what I do, I’ve gotten pretty decent with it since I made this thread. I play with 800 DPI and when using the smart disc I use the dpi switch buttons and double my dpi, I think I have it set to a little more than 1600, I think 1800, that’s what works for me

Yup. You move the mouse around and that’s how you navigate your Disc. The higher the sensitivity on your mouse, the easier is to make turns with the disc. Basically better control.

I forgot to highlight his sentence lol

While the in game sens does affect the smart disc, it seems to be very minuscule, it’s mainly DPI, the in game sensitivity affects everything else like normal
