Ok 😂 I think my main problem is my sensitivity, I play at a generally high sensitivity but it’s not high enough for the smart disc imo, which is why I use the DPI switchers on my mouse to up the DPI when I use it, I only do that exclusively for the smart disc
Max your DPI then just fly it around and get comfortable with it. Practice is practice and that is one of the only ways to get better at using it. The private mode is where I decided to get comfortable with it. Flying it through buildings and up and down stairways.

I enjoy baiting people and doing a “yoyo inspired” toss.
Also very good if you boost it far enough away from you, and use it at long range.
Sensitivity and control is really up to you, but I enjoy having my sensitivity higher, so I can make tighter turns with it :) the disc always seems to find invisible walls.

Same as most other weapons, play with the disc ALOT. Your biggest enemy is going to be obstacles so i suggest you first go alone into private matches, increase the round duration in the modifiers and practice maneuvering the smart disc.
Once you can manage to fly through a building or tent via one door or a window and out another, aswell as dodging trees and other obstacles then you can queue up for hunt matches and add pressure from the Fireteam players to improve your piloting skills further.
- Plan your attack.
- Find a good hiding spot/cover.
If your plan fails and you crash, question yourself if it’s worth running in and risking getting melted to retrieve the disc when you have 2 additional ones on you.
If you play against a full Playstation Fireteam then ignore my suggestion to practice alot in private matches. Also ignore step 1 and 2, you can go straight for the public hunt matches!

Yeahhh, don’t listen to this console hater. There are a number of very good PS players who run solo or in squads. Almost anything PC players can do, so can console players in terms of actively listening and using equipment to track and expose a Predator, so be wary regardless of the platform you’re fighting.
I’m not a console hater though.
I know, I’m being sarcastic. There’s a lot of console haters out there that refuse to believe we can do anything close to PC, when we actually can.

You can do more than PC players can, you can walk really slowly and in a smooth circular motion. PC players can only do the first mentioned if they get a keyboard with pressure sensitive buttons.

thats exactly how you do it. Now since the bots are actually chasing you in private matches, just try it out. Get used to it, that the smart disc gets stuck everywhere and collect it back. With high DP, when you hit someone change the direction 180° and you will get another hit and the soldier is down, if you have enough time then hit the downed FT member twice and he is dead
