smart disks in night maps need vision mode on

the smart disks are horrible in night maps…if we have to play 75% night maps all the time, can you turn vision on while using the smart disks please illfonic…i have great aim with them but in the dark they are garbage and almost useless, unless near a lamp or well lit area. turning vision mode on while throwing them will fix the problem. also please add a vote to skip map so we can choose the map or day/night

Soo you’re basically asking the devs to making it easy for the predator to kill using the SD in night mode?..I can just hear the FT players marching in your direction with their pitchforks and torches.

Not going to lie, it is impossible to find FT in the dark in tall grasses…thats just the only caveate of SD.
It would be nice to be able to turn on vision mode while using the SD no matter what mode you’re on. Kind of wouldn’t make the request so akward.

At the very least, if you have someone scanned, the red icon should remain over their head.

There is zero visual indicator while using the disc at night.

Its the night map terrain thats terrible to navigate the SD. you can’t tell if you’re doing up or down or where the bloody ground is sometimes.

Yeah the only place ya can really use the Disc at night is in Camps since they’re lit decently. Can’t guide it for shit out in the jungle. I’d say its probably the biggest advantage FT has in that game mode since the Disc is the Predator’s best weapon.

You can have thermal vision with the disk… but it requires skill to execute the correct command sequence

it turns off as soon as you throw it…theres no combination to keep it on… please fix the disks in night maps or design a vote to skip map option illfonic. disk kills make the game fun otherwise its just a button masher.

actually smart disks have lights on them they just didn’t add them in night maps…check out the predator 2 movie you will see them.
