The smartdisc is an absolute joke. It is an awesome idea for a weapon and is fun to use but it is just bad. The timer is terribly short. You cant even make it go 100 meters. The controls are buggy. The screen shakes so much when you’re controlling it. It should instakill. If a saw blade flew through your chest once, I’m pretty sure you’d be dead.

Just used it for the first time and yeah, it’s only good if the Fireteam member doesn’t know it’s coming.
This is the same for all Predator’s weapons. They’re all situational. You can’t expect to throw that disc at someone who’s staring at you, and expect it to work.
Even if they dont know it is coming, it still doesn’t instakill or have enough range
They need to make it fly faster and longer.
Since the damage is 125, there is one chance
you can boost the speed, try it out in the tutorial. but yea I agree the damage could be a lil higher and the range def should be longer
I think it should insta-down if you hit them in the neck or higher at least, if it’s a chest shot do a large amount of damage (insta down if they don’t have full health) and anything lower than chest should do the amount of damage it does right now. Realistically if the saw blade goes through your neck or better yet your brain you aren’t going to survive.

Like most weapons for the Predator. The smart disk is a joke. When the game came out I was so excited for the bow and disk. But the bow at max charge only does 70. the smart disk is trash because not does it do hardly any damage. But it moves so slow even when you use the speed burst. Then you take into account it is so damn loud. Then the blue trail. I can’t tell you how many times as a Fireteam I watch the smart disk come in and simply sidestep it or run past it to avoid it. It is nothing like the movies. It is pointless the Meta for Predator is still Combistick / Netgun / Berserker. We need more viable options.
