Smoke won’t hide Thermal but napalm should lol. But it definitely should make the AI dumb as a bag of bricks, right now it’s AI which are the true hunters.

Longer and larger smoke cover. Ai shouldn’t be able to see or shoot me unless really close.

I personally would prefer it to block heat signitures.
I’d even take a cost increase of 2 to 3
The entire point of smoke is to block LOS and what good does it do if it doesn’t block if for the main threat.

Peter Keys tried to use those kind of tactics and it didn’t work. That’s why you MUD up and then use smoke.

Should only just blind AI and stop their spawning in the area. It should have no effect on the preds thermal since that’s what the thermal decoy is for.
If it blocked heat signatures wouldn’t that just make thermal grenades useless?

smokes are the only excuse in this game to use thermal besides toggling it on 2 seconds to tag people
Can’t always mud up.
Especially when your trying to block pred line of sight so the predator has to be there.
And eventually mud will run off.
They already are.
Probably just rework them.
That’s also why I recommended a cost increase.
