Smoke Grenades Needs quicker spread time

OK, we got it fixed, Ilfonic gets it…
Now for a reality check…this is a game not a reality, so it needs to start spreading literally like 1 second after it leaves your hand in the air—
doesn’t matter if its mid-air…
Or that it hits a rock and then hits the ground…
it needs to spread those particles in a way that has a QUICKER THAN REALITY strategy. It needs to be ninja quick!
Because WE NEED the coverage like 2 seconds after it is deployed. Otherwise- its useless after the fact.

The way it is now, is a meditative–predictive tool which —humans can’t predict shit in this virtual mess environment…we need it buff like pronto!

Smokes need an upgrade because they kinda useless right now, pop a smoke then preddy goes into vision mode. They need to do something with smoke because it seems like it screws the ft more then the predator, at least that’s how I see it playing as the predator. Pop a smoke, come in and slash and dash or pop them with then caster

The FTs usually use poor placement when throwing the smoke grenades, hence the issues they have. Smoke is used to block the AIs vision. What they should be doing is throwing smoke into a perimeter 25-35m from the exfil, this blocks the AI from making accurate shots at them while the Pred is attacking them. Inside that perimeter IR flares should be used to obscure the preds thermal vision so he has to come into melee range.

What? NO! Smoke needs removing.Give us something else. Smoke is completely useless and more often then not damages your team (not the health).

@Drakos Predators can SEE you trough both smoke and thermals. The icon above your head does not go away even in both of those things. Furthermore. Why would I want to fight the predator blind in melee as other people can’t light him up as I parry? I don’t have a death wish!

Apparently it obscures your ability to read as well…

A good ft already knows about the scan and takes measures to counter it all game. So if the Predator does not get the scans in the thermal is a great choice or has to do range at a closer distance to counter the flare. Smokes on the other hand are only for the Ai like @Drakos said. They hinder the ai aimbot bs and make them have to walk further in and get no shots off on the Ft. Also the perk Ice cold makes it so you have to Aim at the ft with either the plasma caster beam or any ranged weapons.

So the thermals are a great counter to use when the Ft are not potatoes.

I was only saying i feel that the grenades should do ninja smoke… like Drop–PUFF you’re in smoke right away.
…Not drop …5 seconds later…fizz…fluff 10 seconds later you’re in the smoke.
