What is patch 2.34. There are no patch notes for it, maybe a bugged update?

Yes, I saw it on there Twitter page after I posted the question
From what I’ve heard, we’re getting the following:
- Jungle Hunter “Pre-Capture” skin
- Axe is getting buffed
- Night maps are being darkened up
- Fire Team is getting nerfed
But that’s just what I’ve heard.
